Welcome to Phil-Index

I suppose the big news this week has to be the rainfall we are experiencing after such a long, dry spell. It is gratifying to see the grass slowly reverting to green.
However, philately is what we are about and we are continuing to process that super collection I spoke about in our last letter. Among others, two more colonies that have had some useful additions are Lebanon and Martinique.
In case you were away in the Azores or similar last time, I will repeat the next paragraph, which will bring good news to our collectors of French Asia.
Due to a recent purchase of a fine stock of the Indo-Chinese Post Offices in China issues (Canton to Yunnanfu) I have been able to reduce their prices to the same as the rest of the colonies ie 28 to 45% of the SG 2016 Catalogue price which should considerably help your stamp budgets.
The stocklists and our soon-to-go "Extraneous lists" have been updated on this website, as usual. Our next issue 52 page catalogue is presently on the presses and will be sent out at the end of this month.
Best regards to all.
Terry Garcia.
Next update: 1st September 2026.
