The new May/June stocklist seems to have been well-received with much interest in the Extraneous Items as we like to call them. As usual we have updated the website listing so you can see which items are still available.
We have some quite exciting material on its way to us which hopefully will somehow avoid getting stuck in HM Customs. Much of it will be pre-1900 for a change which is an area of our stocks that always needs updating. Meantime we have just added some useful St Pierre et Miquelon items to our stocks.
The BIG NEWS is that the publishers at Stanley Gibbons contacted us to inform me that, at long last, they are publishing a new French Colonies Catalogue. It’s ten years since the last one and I’ll be interested to see any changes. Our current office copy is in tatters from a decade’s use and urgently needs replacing. I haven’t much more information except that it should come out this July and will probably be priced in the £40 region. Normally we order a batch from SG, so if you would like one, please let me know and we will book it in for you. They normally do a fairly short publishing run so they can go out of print quite quickly. You can of course also order them direct from SG, the price would be the same.
Meanwhile, we’ll continue to enjoy the slightly warmer climate, with a bit of garden tidying etc in between attending to your stamp orders.

Our Stocklists show all stamps actually held in stock, with prices. Order any quantity from these lists stating Country, SG/Yvert/Scott number, mint or used, price. Using our order form is the easiest method. Orders are almost always despatched the same day as received.
